My youtube channel reached 1000 subscribers. I made a promise that the subscriber no.1000 could choose the next video subject. Unfortunately due to youtube the privacy settings I don't get notified for every subscriber and I can only contact directly some of them. So, I've created this form, allowing the users to pick next videos' subject.
